Acne is a common skin condition that affects almost everyone at some point in their life. It’s caused by hormonal changes and stress, but sometimes there’s no identifiable cause for it.
While acne may seem like just an aesthetic problem, it can lead to low self-esteem and depression in some cases. Fortunately, there are plenty of treatments available for acne including topical medications and antibiotics. However, there are also many home remedies you can try before turning to medication which include:
- HONEY
Honey contains antibacterial and antioxidant properties that aid in the reduction of scarring caused by back acne, as well as removing dead skin cells. Plus, treating your skin with honey will give you a brighter complexion.
The Treatment: Mix honey with water in a bowl, then apply the mixture on your skin right where you have scars or dark spots from old breakouts- leave it there for only 2 minutes before rinsing off at room temperature without scrubbing too harshly so as not to damage any new wounds. You’ll want this routine twice per day but give yourself enough time because patience pays off when using natural remedies instead of chemical ones.
- Garlic
When it comes to natural home remedies, garlic is a fantastic ingredient. Garlic is one of the best acne scar treatments available, thanks to its antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Garlic is an effective ingredient to use in the long run, even though it helps to reduce acne scars slowly.
The Treatment: 3 to 4 Garlic Cloves. This is not your average garlic bread recipe, but rather a simple and effective way of using it for scarring on your back! First you need to crush up some fresh or dried cloves into powder form then apply them where there are any scars with smooth forehead paste that has been applied directly onto the skin (without dissolving first). Let this sit about 5-10 minutes before rinsing off under cold water; As you use this remedy, you should notice your scars lightening and eventually disappearing.
- Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is a fantastic ingredient to use for all sorts of things. Not only will it help with your skin, but this natural product can also balance pH levels and fight off bacteria while providing anti-inflammatory properties in the process!
The Treatment: Apply apple cider vinegar to the affected areas with a small cotton ball. Allow for complete drying, which should take no more than 10 minutes. Rinse with water and pat dry after drying. This should be done on a daily basis. Because apple cider vinegar is such a strong ingredient, you may want to dilute it first before using it.

Mint leaves can be applied externally, which lightens scarring from old wounds or blemishes as well as annoying pimples that affect your everyday life in a negative way with its anti-inflammatory properties. If you want an even cleaner blood stream without any pesky bacteria lurking around – eating some fresh mint is one of many ways it will help!
The Treatment: A handful of peppermint leaves. Extract all of the liquid from the mint leaves by crushing them. Then, gradually add water until you have a paste-like consistency. Apply the paste to the acne-prone areas of your back and wait 15 minutes. After that, take a shower to clean your back. For best results, do this at least twice a day.

Oatmeal is an excellent skin sensitivity treatment. Not only does it exfoliate the surface of your skin in a healthy way, but oat also aids in removing scars caused by back acne!

This means they can tighten pores and cleanse by removing impurities as well dead cells from their surface which is why cucumbers also happen to be an excellent natural scrubbing agent when mixed with water or apple cider vinegar (or even peanut butter). Not only does this make them perfect at fighting acne-but if you’re looking for something more general then these same properties may help restore dullness in any other area on your body.

Baking Soda can be used as an antimicrobial agent against bacteria that causes acne-whiteheads & black heads; edema/clogged pores; sebum production excess oiliness problems like greasy nose.
The Treatment: Combine 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 cup water in a mixing bowl until a paste-like consistency is achieved. Once you have the paste, apply it to your acne and leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash the mixture off with cold water and pat your skin dry. Every two days, repeat this remedy.
