As a coffee lover, have you ever wanted to try the famous Khun Thai Tea Ice White Coffee?
The great rich taste of KTT white coffee makes my mouth water just thinking about it! I hope that one day we can make this at home.
Khun Thai Tea is a popular tea that can be found in many parts of Asia. They have stores located throughout Indonesia(including Singapore), the Philippines as well Malaysia; however, one cannot purchase their products online because they are only available at physical locations within these countries’ borders – unless you’re willing to travel quite far for some good quintinite drinking!
The ice-white coffee from Khun Thai Tea is so good that it beats out any Starbucks or Coffeebean I’ve tried. The taste of this particular beverage leaves me wanting more, which makes the price worth every penny!
Finally, after 12 months of trying out different formulas and combinations at home I was able to come up with a pretty close replica for their iced coffee.
The ingredients required are as follows, if some of them cannot be found in your country you could find the closest match available.
To ensure that you get the best possible cup of coffee, I recommend using either IndoCafe or Nescafe Gold.
When choosing between a variety of coffee creamers, the best choice is usually one that has been designed with your specific tastes in mind. Super Coffee Creamer or Cream Top can be used to make any flavor profile stand out more than it would normally do on its own!
But don’t buy anything called “Coffee Mate” because this will ruin all those lovely flavors from tasting good at the first place
We use SIS Cane White Sugar (fine), which has a very distinct flavor profile. I bet you can’t even tell it’s made from sugar cane
Fresh Milk, I would suggest using only those fresh milk from the refrigerator as compared to those UHT versions.
We will need a blender for this method. If you do not have a blender, a shaker will do the same trick. Simple stirring it in will not get you the same results. Trust me, I have been there.
Now, put in the blender the following:
- 2 teaspoons of coffee powder
- 3 tablespoons of creamer
- 2 teaspoons of white sugar
- 250mL of warm water
- blend it for a good 30 seconds at least to make it nice and creamy!
After which, empty the contents with a spoon into a cup of ice. I personally recommend the use of crushed ice but cube ice will do the same. Top it up with 3 tablespoons of fresh milk.
Now enjoy your cup of homemade ice White Coffee. This is something so nice I must have it every day.
The ice-cold coffee in your cup is the perfect way to start off any day. You know what that means – time for another mug!
